48-Hour Hold Policy We will hold your order at the store for 48 hours. We’ll send you a reminder email 24 hours before the order is cancelled and refunded.

Refunds & Returns - We accept returns on unopened goods and unused equipment within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged Items -If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and get you a replacement
30-day guarantee - If your equipment is defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will replace it immediately.
Non-Returnable Items – For quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on opened nutrients or liquids. Additionally, all live plant sales are final.
