1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging program operated by JJ's Garden Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Program Description

JJ's Garden Solutions operates an A2P SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service updates and project status notifications
• Promotional offers and seasonal specials
• General customer service communications

Messages are sent from an approved A2P registered 10DLC number associated with JJ's Garden Solutions.

3. Opt-In Methods

You may enroll in our SMS program through any of the following methods:

• Website Form: Entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at jjs-gardens.com
• Verbal Consent: Agreeing to receive texts when scheduling service with our team
• Keyword Opt-In: Texting JOIN to our business number

By opting in, you confirm that you are the mobile account holder or are authorized to enroll the number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 4 messages per month related to upcoming appointments, service updates, or active promotions. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. JJ's Garden Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider directly.

6. How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Upon receipt of your STOP request:

• You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
• No further SMS messages will be sent to your number
• To re-enroll, text START or opt in again at jjs-gardens.com

8. No Sharing of SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This includes:

• Text messaging originator opt-in data
• SMS consent records and opt-in timestamps
• Any phone number enrolled in our messaging program

The only exception is our SMS platform provider, who is contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. mobile subscriber to participate. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or are authorized to enroll the number provided.

10. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Neither JJ's Garden Solutions nor participating carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Compliance

Our A2P SMS program is registered and operated in compliance with:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
• The Campaign Registry (TCR) A2P 10DLC registration requirements
• All applicable federal and state regulations governing commercial text messaging

12. Limitation of Liability

JJ's Garden Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from delays, non-delivery, or errors in SMS messages caused by factors outside our control, including carrier outages, technical failures, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued enrollment in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
